Ice, Water
Martini Glass or Coupe
Fill glass with ice, fill to top with water
Chill for 5minutes

2oz Gin
1oz Dry Vermouth (maybe: Dolin Dry de Chambery)
Ice
Mixing Glass
Stir vigorously in mixing glass, 15 seconds

Discard water and ice from chilled Martini glass
Strain from Mixing Glass into Martini glass
